Charles is the founder/managing partner of Charles and Partners and also a lecturer at the Singapore Management University. With a background in Accounting and Economics, he began providing financial consulting and accounting services to SMEs in 2014. Charles has set up projects with clients in various industries to enhance their financial management, optimise their group tax position and operationalise company processes. Charles is committed to grooming consultants of the next generation to not only be well-versed in accounting, but also in the areas of legal, taxation and strategy.
Bringing over 8 years of accounting and finance expertise, Jonathan spent his early years helping various startups with their accounting processes while helping streamline their finance operations. He has even facilitated cross-border ventures and acquisition for emerging businesses. Today, Jonathan has formally stepped up as CAP' director, bringing new ideas to improve finance operations for the both the current and future generations of businesses.
