In this role, the individual assists in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, maintains accurate financial records, prepares financial statements and reports, conducts financial analysis, collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages financial models and forecasting tools, and supports year-end financial reporting. Additionally, they manage billing processes, oversee accounts receivables, handle HR claims and administrative duties, and assist in HR policy implementations, employee onboarding and offboarding, and other HR-related matters.
